Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days after receipt. A 20% restocking fee may be assessed on returns. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Be sure to get a return authorization BEFORE you send back the items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If applicable, we will replace or refund your order and the restocking and shipping fees will be waived.

 

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
